Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of providing, enhancing, promoting, and furthering AsiaMart.net's services as set forth in its Mission Statement. This Site is controlled and operated by AsiaMart.net from its offices in Burlington, Massachusetts.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of any such court sitting in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and agree that venue is proper in the district wherein AsiaMart.net is located.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or AsiaMart.net. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. AsiaMart.net also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in AsiaMart.net's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement or AsiaMart.net's policies.
Upon termination of this Agreement by either you or AsiaMart.net, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Modifications
We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of our Site. We will post these changes here, in our Terms of Use. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move, or delete portions our Site, or may add to our Site from time to time.
Assignment
In the event that AsiaMart.net may wish to assign or transfer your personal information and its rights hereunder to a third party, you agree that AsiaMart.net may do so, on the condition that such third party agrees to abide by AsiaMart.net's then current Privacy Policies.
